Some of this site's features ask you disclose moderately private information such as your name, email address and phone number. If we have a legimate reason to contact you we will do so. Other than that, it will be neither used nor disclosed. We do not sell or share personal information.

Terms of Use

Whether you are a storefront owner or general user, we hope you'll use this site's features to their fullest, and you are encouraged to find imaginative ways to make them work for you.

However, some behavior is not acceptable. Your account access will be revoked, at the system administrators' sole discretion, if you do these things:

1. Posting Unacceptable content. Unacceptable content includes:
• Porn, racial or religious inuendo, inciting violence, language that would offend your grandmother or mine.
• Scams, idiotic and otherwise: Make money fast, address envelopes at home, get paid to watch TV, deposit checks from Nigeria, etc.
• Pyramid schemes, chain letters, and pretty much anything else a postal inspector would take exception to.
2. Behaving badly. Unacceptable behavior includes:
• Unauthorized copying or sharing of other people's copyrighted material.
• Exporting software or technical information in violation of U.S. export control laws.
• Using our servers to distribute any of the proscribed content types listed above.
• Fraud or other criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to access the accounts of others, or attempting to penetrate the security of our servers (or anyone else's).
• Denial-of-service attacks, distribution or viruses and worms, etc.
• Spamming

Also, please note that this site exists for the people of Las Animas and Huerfano Counties, Colorado and Maxwell COunty, New Mexico. Since we don't live in a vacuum, this definition is sometimes extended to include the rest of Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico as well. Beyond that, out-of-area advertising and account requests will always be rejected.
