Indoor Saturday Market starting December 19thDecember 17, 2009 How many of you remember when you could go to a small family owned grocery market and get your fresh home baked breads, locally grown produce, canned items, meats, cheeses, etc.? This is what The Trinidad Community Co-op will bring back to this community. Through your support this member-owned business will flourish as it has in many communities.Starting on Saturday, December 19th from noon to 4pm the Co-op will begin hosting The Saturday Market. This Saturday we will have delicious baked goods to offer. If your behind on your holiday baking, now is a good time to buy homemade baked goods. This ongoing market will give opportunity for anyone or organizations to come set up a table for a minimal cost of $10, and sell their unique homemade creations of arts, crafts, foods, and baked goods. The Saturday Market is similar to a Farmer’s Market yet is held indoors and allows for a broader exchange of handmade items. Local musicians and healing practitioners are encouraged to join us for this fun social gathering. To find out more about the Saturday Market call 719-680-0215. |
